We teach children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. First opened in 1938, we are one of the 426 elementary schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). During the 2004-2005 school year, we had 730 students here at Riverside. By some odd coincidence, it seems to us that they may just be the BEST 730 students in all of Los Angeles! Children entering Riverside Drive Elementary School will follow the enrollment guidelines as set forth by the LAUSD. For details, go to the LAUSD's web site at: http://www.lausd.k12.ca.us/ and to their FAQ page at: http://www.lausd.k12.ca.us/lausd/offices/Office_of_Communications/FAQ.htm or feel free to call us anytime.
