| Ads must received no later than 4:00pm on the deadline dates shown below. |
- Apr/May/Jun Newsletter: Deadline 3-11-05
- Aug/Sep/Oct Newsletter: Deadline 7-8-05
- Nov/Dec Newsletter: Deadline 10-14-05

| Ad Size/Price |
- 1/2 page: $150.00 (3 x insertion rate $135.00 p/ad).
8” wide by 4.75” tall (horizontal only)
- 1/4 page: $75.00 (3 x insertion rate $67.00 p/ad).
3.875" wide by 4.75" tall (vertical only)
- Business Card: $50.00 (3 x insertion rate $45.00 p/ad).
3.5" by 2" (vertical or horizontal)
Business card ads will be scanned from your card. Please note you must supply an actual card to scan or an additional "ad creation" fee
will be charged, unless you supply a digital file.
- Insert Option: Also available for purchase is an 8.5 x 11 single-sided 1 page insert at the one-time rate of $500.00

| Ad Format Options: |
Ads can be emailed to admin@studiocitychamber.com or sent as a digital file on cd, disk, jaz, or zip. |
- EPS - With all fonts converted to paths.
- PDF - High resolution (press ready) pdf files with all fonts included
- TIF - High resolution (300 dpi).
- PSD - High resolution (300 dpi) with all Macintosh fonts included unless type is rasterized.
- QUARK - Files created in QuarkXpress on IBM are acceptable, but there may be font substitution.
- ILLUSTRATOR - Be sure to convert fonts to paths.
- PHOTOSHOP - Be sure to include fonts if type is not rasterized.

Ads created in MS Word are not acceptable for print. However if you do submit in MS Word there will be an additional "ad creation" fee. Ads which are faxed are also subject to an "ad creation" fee. |

$25.00 per hour. |

| Distribution: |
2,500 printed newsletters are distributed throughout the local community. 2,000 copies are distributed with the Studio City Sun Newspaper. 300 copies are mailed to Chamber Directors, Members & Associates. The remaining 200 are used for promotional purposes either at Chamber Events or mailed to individuals/businesses interested in Chamber membership. The newsletter is also posted on the Chamber website and emailed to all Chamber Members, Directors, as well as our other extensive contacts. |
